What type of contract do you have with your valet parking and bellperson providor? At PMSI we always recommend the contract that makes the most sence mutually for both the hotel and PMSI. This may be a management style, revenue share, or a per vehicle cost. Many other valet companies will simply do what is best for them and not take into consideration the hotel, many times demanding a management style contract.
